In a 2x2 and the amenities they offer here are amazing, they have in my opinion the best rooftop pool of all the high rises on campus and a nice sauna and hot tub on the 3rd floor. The actual apartment that we moved into however had tons of problems that should not occur for the amount the rent cost here. The apartment was not clean when we moved in (hair in bathroom, dirty floor, etc). Also the maintenance takes forever here. It took 2 weeks for them to fix the hot water in my shower when I moved in. Other than that the location is great, the management is just horrible.

I’ve lived at oliv for two years now and can’t say anything bad about it. Any maintenance ive needed has been quick and communicative. The management has improved so much in the past year and does a good job with everything. The events that are run are always fun and very loved by all the residents. Front desk staff is very helpful and make oliv very inviting. The location and views can’t be beat. I love living at oliv and I can’t wait for my third year!

I have had a wonderful experience living in Oliv so far. I moved in second semester since I was abroad first semester and they truly helped me with transferring the lease over and making sure that I was all good to go! The management team has been nothing but helpful to me especially when I was constantly asking questions regarding my parking spot and mail. As for the amenities, there is a perfect gym and beautiful study room which is exactly what I needed when looking for an apartment. My apartment itself is the perfect size and I love my room especially having a master. Thank you Oliv for making my living situation comfortable and easy!

Giving Oliv a 1 star rating only because the location is great and close to campus. Aside from the location I can't say I've had a positive time living here, I've lived in two other high rises on campus and had MUCH better experiences. There is literally nothing special about this apartment and the price of rent in comparison to the value of living is very inferior to what I've had before. It's expensive to live here but Oliv does special events and giveaways here and there to distract from the fact that living here is just meh and to encourage positive reviews because there's an incentive on the other end. The amenities are pretty sub par considering how expensive it is to live here, every exit sign in my hallways is broken and I assume the other floors are similar, the trash rooms are always backed up and smell disgusting, I've heard tons of horror stories about packages being "lost" yet I've seen TONS of packages left on the front desks with no one at the front desk guarding them or putting them in our mail boxes, I never know when the front doors are going to be locked or unlocked because some days the doors are locked during open front desk hours and some days the front doors are open after hours (not a big deal just inconvenient and can be unsafe), I have yet to see a single manager of any kind and whenever I've requested to speak with someone about an issue they're conveniently on break or unable to talk, I've been waiting on some maintenance requests since move in because when we moved into our apartment the entire unit was basically one large maintenance request. Our couch had cigarette burns and animal scratches all over it but when we asked for a new one they said the other couches were worse, and ours was pretty bad. My roommate has a HUGE hole in her bathroom ceiling because their shower has been leaking for months but maintenance has yet to do anything to fix it and it doesn't even seem like they tried to resolve it? Our blinds randomly fell out of the ceiling one day and maintenance has yet to fix it leaving us with absolutely no privacy in our living room and our unit faces the Marriott. I could honestly go on and on about the issues I've had living here, I've lived in college apartment high rises before and never had any of the issues I've had here at Oliv. My review will probably be discarded because it isn't ideal and looks bad for Oliv, I've seen so many responses to negative reviews in which the person that wrote the review is told they're not found in the Oliv system as a resident or management responds to the comment offering help or condolences for the poor experience but I can't say that it seems genuine. Overall, I would take the positive reviews with a grain of salt because these reviews are probably majority incentivized with a prize or raffle.

Only reason I am giving 1 star is because the building is beautiful and close to everything. Couple issues with the apartment, but that we can live with. What I can't live with is the fact that I have been emailing them since we moved in. I paid for the early move in $250 and they lost...yes lost most of my daughters things. We received 3 out of 4 suitcases and didn't received the $800 worth of items I had purchased while there. They assured me they would find it. Well, they didn't. Therefore, we had to go back out and buy doubles of things as I could not leave my daughter in AZ without bedding and essentials that were all in the items lost. (Toiletries, dishes, knife block, cleaning supplies utensils...the list goes on and on) They spoke to her twice and once I left...they have ignored her and we have heard nothing since. Again, I have sent multiple emails that I have with no response. There is one girl working at the front desk that my daughter just spoke to the other day and she could not believe that Heath has not responded to my emails. That nobody responded to my emails. Everyone was all nice and seemed worried until I left. Then nothing. Only good thing is that after 8-9 days, the girls across the hall from my daughter and her roommate decided to go into their roommates rooms (They had not moved in yet) and looked at the items. Saw my daughters name on the suitcase and the $800 worth of target items that we bought. Heath nor anyone even knew that my daughter FINALLY received her belongings back because they ignored her. Thought the problem would go away. They didn't find out until I emailed them once again. Still no response from anyone!!! I could go on and on about everything, but this is just part of it all while we were there moving in. So, if anyone from Corporate or higher up from Heath, (which I asked him to send me a contact higher up than him) can get in contact with me that would be great! Respond to my review with your contact info. That would be greatly appreciated.

I really liked living here for almost 2yrs. It feels like home with the amazing staff and reachable management. I even enjoy the activities offered as it is a great opportunity to make new friends and get to know other residents. The study rooms are one of my favs beside the spectacular rooftop view. I truly recommend requesting a tour and checking out the beautiful amenities!
